WHAT BIRCH SAP CONTAINS

The dry matter contents (brix) measured in our sap vary between 0.8 -1.5 %. All the important ingredients that are vital for the growth of the birch are included in the birch sap. Birch sap contains:

fructose (fruit sugar), glucose (dextrose), fruit acids, amino acids, vitamin C, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, zinc, sodium, and iron.

All the ingredients of the sap have their own important role in the human body as well.
